If you’re interested in private practice…
We offer a comprehensive solution to help you focus on your clients. We provide all the necessary tools for seeing clients in a private practice setting and welcome both licensed and pre-licensed therapists. Our program for new pre-licensed therapists includes clinical hours, supervision, and access to three licensed therapists for support at all times. We are committed to helping associates gain clinical hours and experience in areas such as one-on-one sessions, note-taking, client plans, termination of treatment, diagnosing, and developing into confident clinicians. Our experience and supervision are designed to prepare associates for the clinical exam required for licensure, following the Integrative Developmental Model.
Our user-friendly platform allows you to create your own schedule and efficiently manage your calendar, notes, and all documentation. Additionally, Heart 2 Heart Therapy has a dedicated billing department to handle all your billing needs, significantly reducing paperwork and freeing up more time for client care. We now offer a 401K savings plan, with a company match launching in January 2026.
What Heart 2 Heart is looking for in the next team member…
Clinicians who are current with Law and Ethics, proficient in handling client’s PII, and understand HIPAA compliance. We are also looking for ethical and dedicated individuals committed to helping clients at Heart 2 Heart Therapy navigate life’s challenges. Ideal candidates are willing to receive and implement feedback and have a desire for continuous professional growth. Our therapeutic approach includes client-centered, solution-focused, CBT, and DBT modalities. We foster professional growth through collaborative efforts, including group and individual supervision provided to associates collecting their hours utilizing the Integrative Developmental Model.

- You will receive a 10-question questionnaire to help us match you with the right position and location.
- You will hear back from us to set up an interview if we have openings that fit your needs for location and availability.
- Interviews will consist of an interview with the owner/supervisor, followed by a second interview with one of our licensed therapists, before moving on to onboarding paperwork.
