At Heart 2 Heart Therapy, our mission is to create a safe and supportive space where individuals, couples, and families of all ages can heal, grow, and thrive.

We are dedicated to meeting each client with empathy, cultural humility, and clinical excellence—helping you build deeper connections with yourself and others, one heartfelt conversation at a time.

A Letter from the Owner

I founded this private practice in La Mesa in 2021, expanding our team with additional therapists to meet the growing need for mental health services. In June 2024, with the encouragement of Lilac Lavine, LMFT, we proudly opened our San Diego location.

I am incredibly proud of our compassionate and dedicated team of therapists, who collaboratively named our practice Heart 2 Heart Therapy. Our logo was thoughtfully designed by Beatriz Molina, AMFT.

To ensure our services are accessible, I’ve worked diligently to get in network with multiple insurance companies.

I consider it an honor to serve our community and am committed to fostering better mental health for everyone.
