How do I schedule an appointment?

Email the therapist directly and they will get back to you, usually within 24 hours or next business day.

What is the process to get on the schedule?

After you speak with a therapist, they will email you a secure link for you to send your insurance card to the billing department for the purpose of Heart 2 Heart assuring we can take your insurance and finding out your benefit information (i.e. deductibles, copayments, etc).
