We understand how hard it can be to find a therapist these days—especially one who takes insurance. That’s why our team is committed to making quality care more accessible and affordable.

Payments

Cost often plays a big role in deciding on a therapist. If we can’t take your insurance we can charge for your services on a sliding scale, meaning, in some cases, we can charge lower fees.

If you have health insurance with mental health benefits, the price of therapy will vary depending on your deductible, copays, and out-of-pocket maximum. Once we confirm that Heart 2 Heart accepts your plan, we will determine the exact cost of each session and let you know at which time you can decide, if you want to move forward with scheduling.

 
If you decide that Heart 2 Heart is a good fit, and fees arrangements have been determined, one of our staff will get you into Simple Practice where the onboarding documents will be electronically sent to you and you will be able to sign all documents and fill out all assessments at your convenience before your first session.
 
We provide both in person and telehealth and all documents and telehealth communications is done through a secure portal using Simple Practice that is HIPPA compliant.  Simple Practice is safe, secure, and user friendly.  Telehealth is just a click and HIPPA compliant.
